SVQ level ¾ in care and have years of experience in care sector. the role of senior assistant is to organise and assist the day to day care of service the users needs. The senior care assistant also supervises the junior staff.

Many of care assistant holds SVQ level 2/3 and are working towards this. Our care assistant assists the service users to meet their physical, social and spiritual needs as appropriate.
